Is it difficult to fly a helicopter?

I know a couple of helicopter pilots who say it is very hard to learn to control a helicopter. I also know a couple Nam Vets who say it is easy because everyone in Nam that could not shoot it was only a helicopter pilot. one is a pilot. I personally think that if it is so difficult that no one would be a helicopter accident and the helicopter pilot would be common place breakfast. Helicopters could be even be illegal if they were so difficult to control. Also, if so difficult, why would it be legal to fly an ultralight helicopter without any training? I do not think it is so difficult. Would anyone share your opinion?

Learning to fly a helicopter is much like a child learning to ride a bike. Salt and try to ride the bike as * * slowly as possible. It's a good idea to parachute / glider?

Ok, so I'm about 15, and I have a strong interest in recreational flying. I recently researched and discovered by the power paragliding and skydiving. I realize that there is no age limit, but at what age is a good idea to learn. My plan is to take classes, and my mom said I can learn before I'm 18, but not now because she thinks I'm a little awkward (but not des-care). My question is, "16 is old enough to learn, do not want to go into this being too young, I know the law, but what are your thoughts on this. Also, what is the best for me to learn, hang gliding or parachute. Whether it is triggered. Also, my mom said: "Ok, but I want real high, only 200 meters" that More is fine with me. .... A good insurance. 16 is an ideal age to learn to fly any type if legal where you live. You can get second-hand equipment with enough certainty. Any reasonable man will let you fly so you know the things that is fine you. It is also a relatively small community and word spreads easily, that's how good bike shops that way. You will not be a bad deal. Get help from someone, even in the know. It's much better to use a bit of experience when you're getting kit. Will soon mate. It is a friendly bunch on the flight. If you fall 200 feet is not much fun. It ended too fast. And the land too quickly if it comes down. It is much better than the drop over 400 feet and has time to slow down in the parachute to land at a decent speed. Paragliders that is in a sleeve anyway, so good, and is well bound in a comfortable padded seat nowadays. Like sitting in a chair that really fly, so that only really matters if you fall off a plane and have to throw a cable channel. 200 feet is a bit low for the fall of the aircraft. We then get an engine powered one if you want. The best thing is to get plenty of experience, without the motor. A great place for paragliding .... ready for this? ... It's beautiful Peru. Right along the cliffs of Miraflores in Lima for the shopping center where people in the beer garden can look with wonder at the colorful (yes I'm English) gliders humming along almost close enough to touch.
