Used Ultralights

For experienced paraglider pilots! Answer this!?

A friend of mine asked if he could join a weekend gouging me. He has several hours of experience in ultralights. I currently fly a Schleicher ASK-21mi, self-release version of the popular coach ASK 21 sailboat. But the problem is I'm not sure if I should fly from the front or back seat. Kindly want to fly the glider on the back so my friend would feel to be the pilot. At the same time, I have the "safety first" thing on my mind and fly from the front I usually do. I would be happy to receive some information about it. Thanks!

Let me say, whenever you take any type of passenger, fly me back. I'm very comfortable with him and to be honest, feel safer in the rear than the front. I've never flown a ASK-21 so really, I can not give my opinion. If you feel safer from the front the fly front ... I agree with you in a sense, safety comes first.
